1 cup all purpose flour
3 tbsp blueberry puree
1 tsp sea moss powder
1/2 cup sesame seed milk
2 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp clove powder
Instructions
- In a small bowl with a hand mixer, beat the sugar, blueberry puree and avocado oil for a couple minutes.
- Add minced blueberries to the mixture.
- Add sea moss powder, sea salt and clove powder and mix until smooth.
- In a non stick pan fry the pancakes until golden brown.
- Ready to serve with your favorite pancake syrup.
