1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp corn starch
3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp water
3 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- In a food processor add cheese, cornstarch, flour, salt, and process at low speed until everything is combined for 30 seconds.
- Add butter and process for 20 seconds.
- Add water and give ten pulses.
- Prepare a work station by flouring it lightly. Transfer the dough from the mixer bowl to the work station. Knead a bit and shape it into a square block of about 6 inches.
