Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp baking powder
4 dates
1 cup mango puree
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp sesame seed
1/2 cup lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Grease your cake pan using oil.
- Beat the dates with avocado oil.
- Add mango puree, lime juice and beat well.
- Gradually add the flour, salt and baking powder.
- Fold in using a spatula. Add the batter into the cake pan.
- Add the sesame seeds on top and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm.
