Pumpkin spice latte is an indulgent drink and effortlessly easy to make. It just uses simple ingredients like milk, pumpkin spice, and pumpkin puree, all of these ingredients are readily available all the time in form of cans and tins. Our recipe will yield 1 delicious and warm cup of pumpkin spice latte.


Units Scale

1 cup Milk (Dairy or Vegan)

1 tablespoon Pumpkin Puree

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 tablespoon Sugar

1/4 cup brewed coffee

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice

A dollop of Whipped cream, for serving


  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk to a gentle simmer.
  2. Add pumpkin puree and sugar to the milk and mix it until it is well combined.
  3. Again, simmer the mixture on low to medium heat for a minute. Do not boil the mixture.
  4. Remove the pan from heat and add coffee, vanilla, and ¼ teaspoon of pumpkin spice. Whisk it well until everything is well combined.
  5. Serve hot with a dollop of whipped and with a sprinkle of the remaining pumpkin spice.

For serving:

You can serve the drink with a marshmallow on the top with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice as well.



You can substitute the sugar with honey or maple syrup. But add them at the end for a distinct flavor.
