If you want to give yourself and your kids a special treat, try this Oreo milkshake recipe. It is super simple but the ingredients will make your mouth water. The creaminess from the ice cream and the bits and crunch from the Oreo cookies plus the milk makes a perfect glass of milkshake.
Top it up with whipped cream or chocolate syrup to take a deep dive into the milky, creamy, chocolaty goodness.
The best thing about this milkshake is the texture. It is not silky smooth. Rather it has bits and granules of Oreo cookies. If you like to keep the bits larger so you can bite into them as you drink, pulse the blender for less time. Moreover, you can also add cookies in the end and pulse just once to keep the bits a bit large.
However, if you don’t like to chew on the pieces, you can blend them for a longer time so that the pieces are perfectly broken. But, remember that the texture won’t be silky smooth. It will still stay granule no matter how long you blend it.
No matter how many people you have, this milkshake is super easy to make and you can double or triple the recipe. Serve this cookie milkshake on a hot summer day and everyone will fall in love with it. No matter you have adults or kids on your guest list, you will find everyone swooning for this milkshake.
