Ingredients
2 cup pasta
1 onion (chopped)
2 tbsp sage
1 avocado
1 bell pepper
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp salt and cayenne
1 cup kale
1 tsp dill dried
1 bell pepper
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain the pasta and set aside
- In a large skillet, add the avocado oil over medium heat.
- Add onion, ginger and cook until they are golden.
- Add dill mushroom, bell pepper and toss for 3 minutes.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, sage, dill, kale, salt, cayenne and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add boil pasta and cook for 4 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
