Ingredients
1 tbsp garlic paste
4 turkey wings
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp creole seasoning
1 tsp barbecue sauce
1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl place turkey wings add oil ensure that the oil is fully coated.
- Add garlic paste, salt, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, creole seasoning and barbecue sauce over wings ensures they are fully coated.
- Place the coated wings on a baking dish and add chicken broth.
- Cover and bake for 2 hours until tender.
- Ready to serve.
Notes
After removing the wings from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute and will make the wings easier to cut and eat.
