4 eggs
1 tsp pepper and salt
1 onion chopped
2 cups cheddar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tomato chopped
Instructions
- In pan sauté onion over medium heat and add soy sauce.
- In a small bowl mix eggs, salt, tomato and pepper.
- Pour egg mixture over onions.
- Top covered with cheddar cheese and bake for 5 minutes.
