- 1 cup pomegranate seeds (from about 1 medium pomegranate)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
- Preparation: Deseed the pomegranate. You can do this by cutting the pomegranate in half and tapping it with a wooden spoon over a bowl.
