- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
- 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
- 3 green onions, chopped (optional)
- 1 loaf round sourdough bread (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and Knorr® mix in a large bowl.
- Add drained spinach, mixing well.
- Optionally fold in water chestnuts and green onions.
- Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve in a bread bowl or with your favorite sides!
