  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
  • 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
  • 3 green onions, chopped (optional)
  • 1 loaf round sourdough bread (optional, for serving)


Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and Knorr® mix in a large bowl.
  2. Add drained spinach, mixing well.
  3. Optionally fold in water chestnuts and green onions.
  4. Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve in a bread bowl or with your favorite sides!

Notes

  • Make sure to drain the spinach well to avoid a watery dip.
