Chocolate Avocado Mousse! It’s creamy, smooth, and absolutely divine, while being a vegan-friendly and healthier alternative to your traditional chocolate mousse.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, pitted and scooped
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or preferred sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt


Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  3. Transfer mousse into individual serving bowls or glasses.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until chilled.
  5. Before serving, garnish with fresh fruit, coconut flakes, or chocolate shavings (optional).
