Chocolate Avocado Mousse! It’s creamy, smooth, and absolutely divine, while being a vegan-friendly and healthier alternative to your traditional chocolate mousse.

- 2 ripe avocados, pitted and scooped
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or preferred milk)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or preferred sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Transfer mousse into individual serving bowls or glasses.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until chilled.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh fruit, coconut flakes, or chocolate shavings (optional).
Notes
- For best results, use ripe avocados, as they’ll yield a creamier texture.
- Be sure to refrigerate the mousse for at least 30 minutes, as this will help it set and develop a richer flavor.
