- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1 1/2 ounces gingerbread-flavored liqueur
- 1/2 ounce Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
- 1/2 ounce heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- Crushed graham crackers, for rimming the glass (optional)
Instructions
- Rim a martini glass with crushed graham crackers, if desired. To do this, moisten the rim of the glass with a little water or syrup, then dip it into a shallow dish of crushed graham crackers.
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, gingerbread liqueur, Kahlua, heavy cream, and molasses. Shake well to combine.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
- Serve the gingerbread martini chilled and enjoy!
Notes
If you don’t have gingerbread-flavored liqueur on hand, you can make your own by combining 1 cup of vodka with 1/2 cup of honey and 2 tablespoons of ground ginger. Let the mixture infuse for at least a week, then strain out the solids before using.
