Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 1 1/2 ounces gingerbread-flavored liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
  • 1/2 ounce heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • Crushed graham crackers, for rimming the glass (optional)


Instructions

  1. Rim a martini glass with crushed graham crackers, if desired. To do this, moisten the rim of the glass with a little water or syrup, then dip it into a shallow dish of crushed graham crackers.
  2. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, gingerbread liqueur, Kahlua, heavy cream, and molasses. Shake well to combine.
  3. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  4. Serve the gingerbread martini chilled and enjoy!

Notes

If you don’t have gingerbread-flavored liqueur on hand, you can make your own by combining 1 cup of vodka with 1/2 cup of honey and 2 tablespoons of ground ginger. Let the mixture infuse for at least a week, then strain out the solids before using.
