- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 1–2 tablespoons sweetener of choice (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- A few leaves of fresh mint (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Matcha: In a small bowl, add the matcha powder and a few tablespoons of hot water (not boiling). Whisk it together until it becomes a smooth paste. This will help to ensure there are no lumps in your shake.
- Blend: In a blender, combine the matcha paste, almond milk, sweetener (if using), and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and frothy.
