4 frozen brown crab(cooked)
2 hard eggs (boil)
1 tbsp capers (minced)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp beer
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp parsley
Instructions
- Crack open the crab and remove the meat.
- In a small bowl shred the crab meat.
- Add the eggs, carpers, beer, mayonnaise, mustard and paprika.
- Stir it with fork and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the parsley.
- Put the crab mixture into the crab shell and serve with crackers.
